Would you like Erykah Badu to help you give birth? According to People magazine, Ms. Badu is studying to get her certification in midwifery so that she can deliver babies in her free time.
Her interest started in 2001 when she helped her best friend give natural birth. Since then Erykah's desire to become a doula has grown to the point where she would like to become a professional.
But don't worry ladies! If Erykah ever decides to help you it will be free of charge (it's not like she needs the money anyway).
If it were any other celebrity this career choice would seem random but it fits Erykah perfectly. Interesting!!!
