Ma$e and Wife Have Martial Issues????

These are confusing times for rapper turned pastor turned rapper Ma$e. His Atlanta ministry is selling a marriage counseling book to help couples in need. However, things get confusing for the rapping pastor when you realize he filed for divorce from his wife two months ago.

Ma$e, real name Mason Betha, filed for divorce from his wife Twyla Betha on January 2nd after 12 years of weded bliss. He cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the ending of the marriage. Not only did Ma$e file for divorce, in his legal documents, he asked the court to grant him primary custody of the couple’s two children. He even went as far as to ask the court to make Twyla pay HIM child support.  Ha!!!!

He must have reread his book on relationships because out of nowhere Ma$e filed to dismiss the divorce petition a month after filing the initial divorce papers. The book titled ”What Do You Do After I Do?” is described as a book that will give you the keys to build a marriage that will last a lifetime.

Despite the filing and reconciliation of the Ma$e and Twyla, the book was still being sold on their El Elyon International Church website as if nothing was going wrong in the marriage. Thankfully, everything is back to normal now, but we know how seriously black churches take themselves. (No shots, but you know it’s true.) So you know the deacon board was embarrassed by the whole ordeal.

Ma$e I need you to get it together!
