BEAUTY: Hot Nail Polish Trends for Fall

With all these fashion tips we've been giving you, it's important to make sure that the rest of your body looks just as fly as your clothes. Fingernails are no exception!

Colorful fingernails can add just right the amount of flair to an outfit and will take you from looking average to bangin in NO TIME FLAT.

Here are some looks to try:

EARTHY GREEN

Soft earth tones were a big trend last spring...this season we're using the same colors but just a bit darker!

To get this look try Chanel's Peridot:

THE CRACKLED LOOK
If you want to try a look that's a little more funky crackled nail polish is perfect. This look is easy to create. Simply paint the crackle polish on top of an already painted nail color and watch the magic work! It will result in a shattered look.

To get this look try China Glaze Crackle Nail Lacquer in Black Mesh:

COBALT BLUE

Cobalt Blue has been popping up everywhere! From dresses to shoes, you will see this pop of color all over the beauty and fashion world. Be careful though, if your nails aren't well manicured this color could easily look very tacky!

To get this look try Essie's Mezmerised:

LACEY & FEMININE

For those of you that are up for a challenge, lace nails are so hot and so in trend! Pair your nails with an edgy rocker look to play up the ultra-femininity of the lace.

To get this look try Salon Hanson's Nail Polish Strips in Laced Up:

Or! If you're interested in making authentic lace nails you can look up a tutorial on youtube. Definitely a little challenging but VERY nice!

ORANGEY RED

This color has just the right brightness to wind down from the summer but just enough richness to adjust to the fall.

To get this look try OPI's MonSooner or Later:

HALF MOON MANICURE

This look is exactly the opposite of a french manicure. Instead of painting the tips of your nails, you paint the crescent part at the bed of your nails! The look doesn't require a special color but we love a nice burgundy crescent with a clear/pale tip.

To get the look try Rimmel London's Burgundy Flirt:

Well there you have some of the hottest nail polish trends for fall. Some of the looks are a little more labor-intensive than others but they are all definitely funky and different. Give these looks a try and tell us what you think!
