Four Ohio State Players Graduate Before Reaching Sweet 16

According to Newsone, four Ohio State players, two who are African American had a chance to graduate before defeating George Mason to reach the Sweet 16.

The NCAA is taking a lot of criticism for not graduating players, especially African Americans.

Rivals reports:

"Prior to the game, after shootaround, and before any of the fans crowded the arena, David Lighty, Jon Diebler, Dallas Lauderdale and Nicola Kecman each received their diplomas in a makeshift graduation ceremony.

One of the funnier moments was when Lighty, who is from the Cleveland area, screamed like a 5-year-old girl when one of the pointy edges of a tossed graduation cap headed straight for him on its descent".

Excellent story!!!!  Our community needs to hear more stories like this!

Congrats to those four young men!!!
