Rick Ross was spotted having dinner with actress Elise Neal at Mr. Chow’s in Hollywood last night. They have been seen out and about on several occasions and even attended last year’s Soul Train Awards together. Elise used to date 50 Cent and Rick once dated female rapper Foxy Brown.
This is interesting.....
