Common is slated to begin filming a crime drama with Forest Whitaker. The movie, ‘Pawn’ centers around a hostage crisis gone wrong when an ex-con gets caught up in a game of manipulation between different factions in the FBI. The Shield’s Michael Chiklis and Ray Liotta are also set to appear in the film. David A. Armstrong will make his debut into directing with this movie.
Common is definitely staying busy!
