Man Rapes Woman, Claims He Thought She Was Dead

 

In Kansas Melvin Jackson is facing rape charges after raping a woman on the sidewalk in BROAD DAYLIGHT.

The woman had been feeling uneasy and passed out on the street. She awoke with her underwear around her ankles and witnesses had to inform her of the incident.

Melvin Jackson's excuse for why he raped her? He thought she was dead. That is so nasty!
