Jay -Z Fims Beyonce Practice "1+1" Backstage

Check out video that Jay -Z filmed of Beyonce practicing before she performed her song "1+1" on American Idol Wednesday night.  The video shows Beyonce singing as well as her family, friends, and band members.

Here's what Jay wrote on his blog:

Sometimes you need perspective.  You've been right in front of greatness so often that you need to step back and see it again for the first time.  This is the dressing room rehearsal for American Idol.  NO MICROPHONE. No effects.



WOW!!!!  Beyonce's voice is still amazing!!!  And...no one can question her work ethic, it's unmatched!!!
