Actor and comedian Mike Epps was throwing a party for his wife's birthday in a Detroit night club when a member of the paparazzi showed up.
Mike asked him several times not to film but the photographer did it anyway. Then Mike began to fight with him. The photographer claims that after the fight was broken up, members of Mike's camp began to shoot at him.
Now Mike is being sued for $1 Million.
Hmm...that sounds kinda fishy. Some of these paparazzi are instigators. A million is too bit much, he was asking for it!
