Here we go again...
Rapper Earl Simmons, aka DMX, has been sentenced to one year in prison for violating his probation on previous charges of fraud, theft, and assault.
DMX tested positive for cocaine and oxycontin and confessed to drinking alcohol. He will be going to Tent City Jail (the jail where everyone wears pink striped outfits).
Ugh! This must be like the 10th time DMX has gone to jail in the past year. It seems like he's right back in court as soon as he gets free! He has a SERIOUS problem!
