In the most recent issue of The Guardian magazine, rapper Jay-Z admits to shooting his own brother when he was 12 years old.
His brother, a drug addict, stole Jay's ring which in turn caused Jay to open fire.
"I thought my life was over," he said. "I thought I'd go to jail forever. It was terrible. I was a boy, a child. I was terrified."

Jay-Z is truly from the hood. How would a 12 year old even have access to a gun?!
