RUMOR: Major Retailers Ending Fashion Night Out For Good?

According to insiders at Vogue magazine, retailers are complaining that they are no longer interested in participating in Fashion Night Out.

Fashion Night Out was originally created as a response to the declining sales in our failing economy. Retailers saw this event as a way to get the public excited about the upcoming season and they were hoping to see an increase in pre-season sales.

However, the word is that major participants like Barneys, Neiman Marcus, and Saks 5th Ave. have reported no improvement in sales and have actually suffered a loss due to the money spent on participating in the event!

We hope this isn't true! We haven't made it to NYC for this event yet!
