It's Official!!!! NBA Owners Lock Out Players

The owners have locked out the players, according to Players Union Chief Billy Hunter.  Both sides were unable to come to an agreement with the Collective Bargaining Agreement expiring tonight.

Billy Hunter said both sides will meet in 3 weeks to resume negotiations.

The last NBA lockout was in the 1998-1999 season when the San Antonio Spurs won the title in a shortened season.
