According to US Weekly, Mariah Carey is in talks to join the judges panel, but we are also hearing that Randy Jackson may be stepping down. "They are in serious talks with Mariah and it's very close to being a done deal," a source told Us. "And they will move Randy into a more mentoring role." But if they do that they still need 2 other judges...who will they get? Any suggestions?
