A Tyler, TX man has been arrested for murdering his cousin over an altercation regarding a blanket. Danez Dewayne got into a heated argument with his cousin, Marquis Dwayne Black, when Danez's mother couldn't find her blanket and accused Marquis of taking it.
Danez got angry with Marquis and claimed that his mother was being disrespected. After a few words were exchanged, Danez left the room and came back with a .22 calibur gun and shot his cousin in the chest several times.
Danez is in Smith County Jail and his bail is set at $500,000.
It is pathetic that two men would fight over such a small issue. Now a family has lost two people for no reason!
