Early this morning (around 3:30 AM) rapper Flo Rida (real name Tramar Dillard) was spotted swerving on the freeway in his 2008 Bugatti.
When cops pulled Flo Rida over he was given a field sobriety test. Even though his blood alcohol level was .185 (more than double the legal amount) bystanders were begging police to let him go!
But nope! They sent him STRAIGHT TO JAIL after they ran his license number and discovered an outstanding traffic ticket.
We're disappointed to hear this news about Flo Rida! He's one of the nicest celebs out there, but everybody makes mistakes. FREE FLO RIDA!!! Lol
