Have the Braxtons Been Bleaching Their Skin??


We here at the Urban Cafe LOVE the Braxon family and appreciate their singing talent! But has anyone else noticed the difference between their new pics and their old pics?

Take a look at their old album cover:


We know that lighting and airbrushing is always a factor, but these women are almost unrecognizable! Most of the women have had some type of plastic surgery. Who's who?

Hmm...what do you think? Is this just a case of some extreme airbrushing? Or have the sisters gone too far??

    No they haven't gone too far. They look great. This double standard that whites can do WHATEVER they want to their skin, and blacks CANNOT, needs to stop. Not all skin lightening products are dangerous, and yes it can be done naturally. So nature provides us with what we need to do what we want with our skin, to lighten or darken (self tan). THEY LOOK GREAT!

    STOP DAM H8N, IT'S THEIR DAMN BUSINESS, AND THEY CAN DO WHAT THE HELL THEY WANT. ARE YOU PAYING FOR IT, IF THEY ARE. DON'T YOU HAVE SOMETHING BETTER TO DO. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUl, AND TRYING TO MAKE IT JUST LIKE YOU AND EVERY BODY ELSE, SERIOUSLY. GET SOME BUSINESS. THAT THE PROBLEM WITH US AS IT IS, SAY NO MORE, AND YOU KNOW THE DAMN REST.

      Yes, we are paying for it. Anyone who buys their albums, attends a concert or watches their show is (indirectly) paying for it :)

    Seriously, which is one is who? I can't even tell which one Toni is. I think that Trina is in the white, Towanda is in the black, and Tamar is in the yellow.

    As a proud black woman I am so ashamed of them....they looked fine without bleaching.

    They have not bleached its called makeup and back in the day makeup wasnt a big deal. Eyebrows were thicker and everything back in the day was more about natural beauty. I dont believe they have bleached their skin at all. I think that they wear a lot more makeup than they used to and I can tell because I am a makeup artist!

      It's clearly obvious that the makeup they had on with much darker. pluslook at th plus look at the photography. Photograph today have so much bright lighting,everyone looks lighter than what they actually are. its all smoke and mirrors
