According to TMZ, yesterday he went to a Georgia court for a probation hearing and filed for a "Special Plea of Mental Incompetency" because he was in "no state to intelligently participate in the probation revocation hearing." (Does that mean he was high?)
Gucci was granted into custody and immediately checked into a facility for mental evaluation. The results are pending.
How many times is Gucci gonna plead insanity? First rehab now this??? Sounds like a cop-out to us!!
