According to HelloBeautiful Monica is planning on releasing a Christmas album.
Unfortunately, her fans won’t be seeing it this year.
Here's what she said:
“We were working on it and we found out that we did it too late for iTunes, and for that reason it didn’t work.”
“I’ll have to start about five months out. It’ll be ‘Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire’ in May or June".
“Maybe after the next album, I’ll do a full Christmas album. I’m looking forward to something like that, something that’s kinda mixed with a little bit of Christian inspirational things with some of the older songs that we all know.”
Monica is already in the studio working with Polow Da Don on the follow-up to this year’s Still Standing.
I can't wait to hear a Monica Christmas album!
