Leon Walker, a 33 year old Michigan man, is going to trial under felony charges of computer misuse.
Leon suspected that his wife was cheating on him, so he hacked into her email account and investigated on his own.
His wife Clara filed for divorce shortly after and is taking Leon to court in hopes that he will serve prison time for violating her privacy.
Leon is calling the case a "carriage of misjustice". Oakland County is calling it a valid case.
Wow, his wife is triflin! She's just mad cuz she got caught.
