New Music: Ciara Feat. Usher - Turn it Up

Ciara joins forces with Usher for the brand new track, “Turn It Up.” The new track comes from Ciara’s delayed release, Basic Instinct, a follow-up to 2009’s Fantasy Ride. Ciara has confirmed that Basic Instinct will hit stores December 14th.
