According to E! News, singer and musician Lionel Richie owes the IRS $1.1 million in unpaid taxes from the year 2010. Dang! The government has accordingly placed a lien on him, meaning they have the right to seize assets if the debt goes unpaid.
The 62 year old singer definitely has the dough to pay that small debt, so hopefully this is just a misunderstanding!
