College Football Player Kicked Off Plane For Sagging Pants

According to Newsone, Deshon Marman, a University of New Mexico football player was arrested and cited for trespassing after he was asked to exit a plane over saggy pants at the San Francisco International Airport.

Here's what being reported:

"Sgt. Michael Rodriguez says 20-year-old Deshon Marman was boarding a flight Wednesday to Albuquerque, N.M., when a U.S. Airways employee noticed his pants were “below his buttocks, but above the knees, and his boxer shorts were showing."

Rodriguez tells the San Francisco Chronicle that the employee asked Marman to pull up his pants, but he refused. She then asked him to leave the plane.

Marman recently attended a friend’s funeral and was still in an emotionally raw state, according to his mother

Now we are getting into sticky territory here.  Although sagging pants disturbs a lot of people it is not against the law!  Deshon bought his plane ticket like everyone else on that flight, regardless of what he was wearing he should have not been told to leave.  Do they kick off girls with short skirts or low cut shirts?  Do they kick off men with tight jeans off the plane?  I don't know....this sounds like a racial issue to me.

What do you think??
