Former Terror Squad member Remy Ma was locked up in 2008 for shooting a friend during a dispute at a night club.
She filed with the New York Court of Appeals claiming that they should have listened to her lawyer's argument stating that the shooting was an accident, but the court denied her appeal.
Remy is currently serving her time at the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility for Women.
That sucks!!! But Remy...how could you shoot your friend by accident?
